Girls, did your special someone cooked you anything tasty today? If not, don’t be lazy, go to the shop and buy strawberry, kiwi and yogurt.
You need all these to gladden yourself and cook a very tasty dessert. My husband has recently cooked me such – the photo is fresh!

Time for preparation: 20 min + chilling

Ingredients:

  1. 400g strawberry
  2. 200g kiwi
  3. 12g gelatin
  4. ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 400g cream yogurt
  7. 40g sugar powder
  8. 150ml high-fat cream

Preparation:

  1. Soak gelatin in 100ml cold water for 30 min until it becomes transparent. Then put it in the sieve to pour out water.
  2. Mash strawberry, mix with half of the vanilla sugar.
  3. Wash lemon and cut off the rind. Squeeze juice out of the half.
  4. Mix yogurt and sugar powder, the rest of the vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
  5. Heat the gelatin, but don’t bring to a boil. Mix it with 3 spoons of yogurt and then with the rest of it. Put it in the fridge.
  6. Whisk cream.
  7. When the yogurt begins to harden mix it with the cream and mashed strawberry and chill for 4 hours.
  8. Peel kiwi and put it in bowls and put the mousse over it before serving.
