So far I wrote mostly about tasty food, but today it’s high time to talk about something healthy. Yesterday I cooked soup with sprout and now I want to share the recipe with you. The advantage of sprout is that it’s rich in protein, minerals and vitamins. The soup is substantial and isn’t worse than chicken broth.

Time for preparation: 10 min.
Time for cooking: 30 min.

Ingredients:

  1. 300g potatoes
  2. 100g carrots
  3. 100g onions
  4. 200g sprout
  5. 100g sour-cream
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Dill or parsley
  8. Salt

Preparation:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into shoestrings, pour boiling water over them and boil.
  2. Peel onions and carrots, chop them and fry with oil.
  3. When the potatoes are ready, add fried vegetables and sprout and boil for 5 min. Add salt.
  4. Serve the soup with sour-cream and greens.
