I have a heading “Chinese cuisine” in my blog not without any reason. There I publish quite a lot traditional Chinese recipes, which are exotica in our country. Ironically, the majority of the recipes I got to know in the USA in the chain of restaurants of the Chinese cuisine. The dishes that are usual and everyday in China, Slavonic people take as exotica.

Last week I prepared this unusual salad. Its originality is in the simplicity and an unusual combination. It will be more correct to say that the combination is quite ordinary, except the fact that fried eggs are not used in salads in traditional Slavonic cuisine.

Ingredients:

  1. Beef (fillet) or veal, 250 gr.
  2. 1 onion.
  3. 3 eggs.
  4. Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon.
  5. Green dill or parsley.
  6. Soy sauce.
  7. Lemon.
  8. Black milled pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Flush the beef, cut into shoestrings and fry over a high heat till its ready. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the eggs, add salt and black milled pepper.
  3. Pour some vegetable oil on the scorching frying pan and fry 2 pancake out of 2 eggs.
  4. Roll up the pancakes and cut into shoestrings.
  5. Cut the onion into fine semi-circles and fry on vegetable oil until the golden colour.
  6. Mix all the ingredients, add pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  7. Decorate the dish with greenery.
