I’ve decided to please my husband and to prepare lasagna. The recipe is not ordinary for Belarus, that’s why I asked a friend of mine who went to Minsk to buy dough for my dish.

I’ve prepared lasagna for the first time and you can see the result of my experiment on the photo.

I’ve used a fillet of salmon in the recipe which is not typical of my recipes as I always try to be economical. But you can use humpback salmon instead. That will be 4 times cheaper.

Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli, 400 gr.
  2. Fresh salmon fillet, 500 gr
  3. Cherry tomatoes, 250 gr.
  4. Salt
  5. Butter, 40-50 gr.
  6. Flour, 40 gr.
  7. Dry bullion, 1 glass.
  8. Cream, 1 glass.
  9. Black milled pepper
  10. Dill
  11. Dough for lasagna,12 slices.

Preparation:

  1. Pour cold water over the fish fillet, dry with the help of paper towel. Remove the bones, in case there are any.
  2. Wash broccoli, divide into blossom clusters and blanch for 2 minutes in salty boiling water. Then strain off the excess liquid.
  3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into halves.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan, and then fry flour in the butter. Pour the bullion and cream (at room temperature) there. Mix and bring to a boil, constantly stirring. Boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt, pepper, dill.
  6. Cover the bottom of the baking tin with sauce. Put dough, fish, broccoli, tomatoes in layers.
  7. Put the sheet of dough on top, dress with sauce.
  8. Bake in an oven at 200 C for 45 min.
