Today I’d like to offer you a recipe that is simple and at the same time festive. The ingredients of the salad are not expensive and can be easily bought.

Smoked chicken breast adds savour to the salad. If you prefer to eat more healthy food, you can replace the smoked chicken with boiled chicken. But the taste of the dish will be not the same. Though, in any case, a pineapple will help.

Ingredients:

  1. Smoked chicken breast. 
  2. 2 apples
  3. Prunes, 200 gr.
  4. Pineapple (tinned or fresh), 350 gr.
  5. Mayonnaise, 250-300 gr.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken breast in salty water for 20-30 min. Cool and dice.
  2. Peel the apples and dice.
  3. Flush the prunes and pour boiling water over it. Let it soften for 30 min.Take the prunes out of the water and dice.
  4. Dice the pineapple.
  5. Put the ingredients in a salad bowl in layers: chicken breast, pineapple, mayonnaise, apples, mayonnaise, and prunes. You can divide all the ingredients in 2 parts and put in 2 layers in turns.
