I allowed my husband to characterize this dish. He said, it’s not only good for a dinner but also a good starter. You can drink a liter of vodka yourself eating the rolls. You can warm them up several times and they can be stored for more than a week. It has been proved by him while the wife (me) was absent. Two rolls with garnish are enough for 1 portion. Besides rolls in foil are also very tasty, but it’s another recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg pork
  2. 200g cheese
  3. 2 pickles
  4. 10 champignons
  5. 1 onion
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 sweet Bulgarian pepper
  8. 1 spoon of mayonnaise
  9. Vegetable oil
  10. Milled black pepper
  11. Salt

Preparation:

  1. Cut pork into pieces 12×6 cm. beat the meat, add salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the filling:
    • Boil and chop eggs
    • Grate cheese
    • Chop pepper and pickles. Mix all the ingredients and dress with mayonnaise.
  3. Put the filling on the meat pieces and make rolls.
  4. Bend the rolls with a thread and fry with oil on all the sides.
  5. Put the fried rolls on a baking tray, pour oil or water over them ( left after frying the rolls), cover with a lid or foil and bake at the temperature of 200˚C for 30 min.
  6. Put the rolls on a plate, remove the threads and decorate with greens.

Advice:

You can skip some ingredients of the filling – it won’t harm your figure
