Ingredients for 4 portions:

  1. 4 chicken legs 
  2. Salt 
  3. Milled black pepper 
  4. Pepper Chili 
  5. 5 small onions 
  6. 1 clove of garlic 
  7. 2 spoons of butter 
  8. Smoked or salted fat 
  9. 2 bay leafs 
  10. 250ml red wine 
  11. 250ml broth 
  12. 2 spoons of starch 

Preparation:

  1. Wash chicken legs, dry, rub in salt, black pepper and Chili.
  2. Put it on a baking tray.
  3. Peel onion and garlic. Slice onion, chop garlic.
  4. Spread melted butter on the legs. Add chopped fat, garlic, onion, bay leafs, wine, broth.
  5. Fry without a lid in a stove for 30 min with temp. about 180°C.
  6. Take the legs out of the tray and keep them in the turned-off warm stove until serving.
  7. Take the sap, that was left after frying the legs, pour I t in a saucepan, boil it, add dissolved in water starch and season.
  8. Pour the souse on the legs before serving.
