It’s an original salad which I cooked for my husband for dinner. He admired it!
There is a combination of cold and warm ingredients. Besides it smells astounding!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 sweet Bulgarian pepper (better red)
  2. 250g crabmeat sticks
  3. 300g champignons
  4. 10g sesame
  5. Oil
  6. Mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Chop mushrooms and fry them with oil. Chill them.
  2. Cut crabmeat sticks into circles 7 mm thick.
  3. Cut pepper into shoestrings 5 mm thick and 5 cm long. Fry them with oil.
  4. Fry sesame on a dry pan.
  5. Put chilled fried mushrooms on the bottom of a bowl.
  6. Put crabmeat on the mushrooms.
  7. Then put warm fried pepper and sprinkle with fried sesame.
  8. Pour mayonnaise over it and decorate with greens.
  9. Serve the salad immediately.

Advice:

Lay the ingredients in the right order.
I recommend to use all the ingredients cold, but the pepper warm.
