Ingredients for 4 portions:

  1. 2 spoons of oil
  2. 125ml port
  3. 2 spoons of brandy
  4. 2 teaspoons of pepper corn
  5.  3-4 spoons of cream
  6. Salt
  7. Milled black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Pour port on a pan, boil it until only 2 spoons of it left.
  2. Add brandy and boil until it gains syrup consistence.
  3. Season it.
