Ingredients:

  1. 175g flour for pancakes
  2. ¼ teaspoon of salt
  3. 40g butter
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 spoons of milk
  6. Oil

Preparation:

  1. Sift flour into a bowl with salt, add butter and rub until the mixture becomes crumbs.
  2. Pour in milk and egg and knead the pastry.
  3. Form a ball of the pastry and roll it out into a circle 23 cm in diameter.
  4. Smear a big pan with oil and put pastry in it. Cut off the excess pastry with a knife and fry for 5-7 min until it becomes brown.
