Personally I didn’t have self-made jelly in my kitchen for a long time. As a rule I buy it in packets, which I wouldn’t make if it were not for my husband.

The recipe is delicious and healthy as there are fresh and natural ingredients: juice and fruit.

Ingredients:

  1. Orange juice, 750 ml.
  2. Gelatin, 5 heaping tea spoons.
  3. Grapes, 150 gr.
  4. Sweet cherries, 200 gr.

Preparation:

  1. Pour ½ glass of orange juice into a pan, add gelatin and let it swell for 30-45 min.
  2. Put the pan with gelatin over a low heat. Stir steadily, let the gelatin to dissolve (but not bring to a boil).
  3. Pour the remaining orange juice and stir well.
  4. Cut the grapes into halves, remove the seeds and dry on the paper towel.
  5. Take the sweet cherries and remove the stones.
  6. Pour 1/3 of the jelly into a mould and let it become solid in a fridge.
  7. Put the cherries on top and then again pour the jelly in order to cover it. Let the jelly become solid.
  8. Put the grapes on top, pour the jelly and put it into the fridge.
  9. Before serving put the jelly for 1 second into hot water. You will easily detach the jelly from the mould.
