Most of the taste of any cake makes its cream. Today I offer you a recipe of cream, which is cooked very quickly and easily (you’ll need 7 minutes for it if all the ingredients are ready).

Ingredients:

  1. 200g soft butter
  2. 200g boiled condensed milk
  3. 100g walnuts
  4. 100g sour-cream
  5. 30-50g liquor

Preparation:

  1. Boil condensed milk for 2 hours, adding water. The can should be covered with water.
  2. Chill the condensed milk to the room temperature.
  3. Whisk soft butter with the condensed milk.
  4. Add chopped walnuts while whisking.
  5. Add 30-50g liquor for the flavor.
  6. Add sour-cream of room temperature in the end and stir the cream with a spoon.

Advice:

Boil condensed milk 1 day before making cream. If you boil it the same day, make sure that it is chilled. Even if the milk is slightly warmer than butter, butter will melt.
