Spring has come – eyes and stomach ask for something bright and fresh. Where can we find it if the nature has just begun to wake up? So search all your cupboards and find carrot, which will be the main ingredient of today’s dish!

Time for preparation: 15 min.

Ingredients:

  1. 500g carrots
  2. 2 spoons of vegetable oil
  3. 1 lemon
  4. Coriander
  5. ¼ spoon of caraway
  6. Milled black pepper
  7. Salt

Preparation:

  1. Shred carrots into shoestrings or grate them.
  2. Squeeze juice of a half of a lemon. Slice the other half.
  3. Chop coriander.
  4. Mix oil, lemon juice, coriander, salt, pepper, caraway and dress the carrot with the mixture.
  5. Serve in bowls, decorate with lemon slices and greens.

Advice:
Cook the salad in advance and serve in a couple of hours. It will become sappier and tastier.
