There exist various kinds of paste. Usually it is cooked of paltry, fish, beef or pork liver. Vegetables and spicery make it possible to diversify its flavor and add vitamins.
You can also buy masses of paste in shops – but they are different. Try to cook it yourself.

Ingredients:

  1. 300g beef or pork liver
  2. 500g carrot
  3. 300g onion
  4. 200g butter
  5. 50g dill
  6. 1 teaspoon of mace
  7. Salt

Preparation:

  1. Wash fresh liver, cut into small pieces and fry with butter.
  2. Grate carrot.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. Braise the liver and vegetables in a saucepan until the carrot is ready. When it is soft, take it off the cooker.
  5. Mince the braised mixture.
  6. Add salt, milled mace.
  7. Whisk the mixture with a mixer and add 100g butter.

Advice:

You can serve the paste with sour- cream sauce with dill.
You can also spread it on a piece of fresh bread or toast.
