The appearance of the dish alone can lead us to the past, to the times of great royal feasts. That is what I see when cook these potatoes. Aside from being a garnish, it can also be a main dish. All the more so it is cooked very simply: you wrap potatoes in foil for several minutes and put it into the stove and forget about it for more than an hour.
And don’t spare the sauce; it is the sauce that forms the taste.
