I often want to cook something delicious for my family. But I hardly have time to cook anything the whole evening. I offer you a recipe of simple but at the same time very tasty cakes. You won’t expand your energy. You family will be glad!

Preparation of the fondant:
Cut the ready pastry into 2 pieces along if it thick and across if it is thin and large.
Smear the lower piece with the cream, cover with the other piece of pastry and smear it with the cream too. Pour the fondant over the top.
Cut into pieces and decorate with nuts or cream roses.
Advice:
You can make another cream: whisk sour-cream with sugar.
It’s not necessary to cook the fondant. You can just decorate them with nuts.
