Everyday-festive dish – this is how my husband named it. It’s not difficult to cook it for an everyday dinner and it’s good for a holiday meal.

Cheese, fish and mushrooms do not clash with each other and create a wonderful combination.
The rolls will be perfect with the potatoes from the previous recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh champignons
  2. Onion
  3. Fish fillet
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Fresh dill or parsley
  6. Salt
  7. Grounded black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Heat the stove to 200˚C.
  2. Wash and chop fresh champignons.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. Fry champignons and onion with oil.
  5. Add salt and pepper to the fish fillet.
  6. Put fried mushrooms and onion on the fillet.
  7. Roll the fillet and bake the rolls in the stove on the baking pan for 25 min.
  8. Decorate with dill or parsley before serving.

Advice:

If you want to intensify the taste and increase its calorie content, pour mayonnaise over the rolls and sprinkle with cheese.
