When we bake a cake we always think of what cream to cook. One and the same cake has different taste, it depends on the cream.

Today’s recipe of cream will go with any kind of cake either “Zebra”, “Honey Miracle”, or “Napoleon” and even for éclairs or any other pies.

Ingredients:

1. 200g soft butter
2. 100g condensed milk
3. 2 egg yolks
4. Vanillin or liquor

Preparation:

1. Whisk soft butter with condensed milk.
2. Add egg yolks while whisking.
3. Add vanillin or 30-50g liquor.

Advice:

Depending on the kind of pancakes you can add some sour-cream into the cream. Such cream will soak the cake better and will add some sour taste.
