Many girls sometimes want something special, sweet but at the same time light. If we understand it word to word, the dish is for them. “Sweet chips” – this is the name for these cookies, very light, tasty and crunchy. Besides, you need a few ingredients for them!
The cookies are the perfect addition to any dessert. It can be served with ice-cream instead of waffles. Or as a “spoon” for mousse or cream.

Time for preparation: 10 min
Time for cooking: 5-6 min

Ingredients for 18-20 cookies:

  1. 75g fine-grained sugar
  2. 5g butter
  3. 50g flour
  4. Some salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat electric stove to 200˚C and gas stove to 180˚C.
  2. Rub butter and sugar until the mixture becomes white.
  3. Add salt and flour.
  4. Put bits if pastry on a smeared pan. Spread them with a wet fork.
  5. Bake for 5-6 min, until the edges of cookies become golden.
  6. Take off the ready cookies and form them with a rolling pin.
  7. Chill them.
  8. Store in an airtight container.

Advice:

Hot cookies can be attached to the bottoms of cups or oranges to give them the needed form. Chilled cookies are much harder to form so put them into the stove for a while.
