This sandwich, consisting of chopped meat, between halves of a roll, is made very quickly. Besides meat, there can be various seasoning and dressing, ketchup or mayonnaise. A hamburger is an integral part of any beer party. Your guests won’t wait long for it!

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  1. 900g beef
  2. 2 spoons of oil
  3. Sal
  4. Milled black pepper
  5. French fried potatoes
  6. 4 rolls
  7. Leaves of lettuce
  8. A pickle
  9. ½ onion
  10. Ketchup
  11. Mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Cop meat with a mincing machine 2 times.
  2. Add salt and pepper into the minced meat.
  3. Make 4 plain cutlets.
  4. Heat oil on a pan with a thick bottom, put the cutlets there and fry for 5 min on each side. Don’t press the meat; otherwise they will be dry and tough.
  5. Cut rolls into halves, spread mayonnaise on them, put a thin piece of onion, pickle, a life of lettuce, French fried potatoes. Put a cutlet on the top and pour ketchup over the top. Cover it with the other half of a roll.
  6. Enjoy the taste!

Advice:

Serve hamburgers hot.
