I hardly know a person indifferent to pizza. It can serve as a snack to beer in a big noisy company of friends, a main dish cooked for dinner.
Classical fancy pastry is perfect for pizza and here is a recipe of such pastry.

Time for preparation: 2 hours
Time for cooking: 15-20 min

Ingredients for 4 pizzas 23 cm in diameter:

  1. 700g flour of high quality
  2. 2 teaspoons of salt
  3. 20g fresh yeast (or 10g dry)
  4. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  5.  Some flour for powdering
  6. Oil

Preparation:

  1. Sieve flour in a big warm bowl.
  2. If you use fresh yeast mix it with 150 ml warm water and put in a warm place for 10-15 min. foam should appear. ( you can add dry yeast to flour at once).
  3. Add 300 ml warm water to the yeast.
  4. Mix it and knead on the table sprinkled with flour.
  5. Pull the pastry up and in the side with your fingers until it becomes flexible.
  6. Put the pastry into a bowl, seared with oil, cover with a film and put in a warm place for an hour until the pastry grows 2 times its size.
  7. Knead the pastry again and divide into 4 pieces.
  8. Roll out circles 23 cm in diameter and put on smeared baking pans.
  9. Leave for 20 min for the pastry to grow.
  10.  Smear the circles with oil, put the filling and bake for 20 min at the temperature of 200˚C.

Advice:

Don’t add sugar to  fresh yeast.
