Ingredients for 4 portions:

  1. 4 spoons of oil
  2. 25g almond
  3. 225g chicken breasts
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. 2 spoons of chicken broth
  6. 2 leaves of leek
  7. 100g Chinese cabbage
  8. 1 egg
  9. Salt
  10. Milled black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Whip egg with a whisk.
  2. Heat oil on a pan and pour the egg on it. Fry it, stirring with a spoon.
  3. Put the ready egg on a plate. Remove oil from it with a paper napkin.
  4. Slice it into stripes 5 mm wide.
  5. Fry almond on a pan until it becomes brown. Put it on a paper napkin.

  7. Put chopped garlic on a pan, fry it for 30 sec and pour in broth.
  8. When the broth boils, add chopped leek and in 30 sec – Chinese cabbage.
  9. Braise it and stir from time to time until the vegetables become soft.
  10.  Add chicken meat and the egg. Salt and pepper everything.
  11. Put the ready dish on a plate and sprinkle fried almond over the top.

The main frying rule in Chinese cuisine – products need constant stirring.
Chop the ingredients into equal pieces. They will fry evenly.
Chicken meat should be chopped into small pieces across fibres.
