Ingredients:

1. 0.5kg chicken wings
2. 100g beer
3. 2 eggs
4. 3-4 spoons of flour
5. Salt
6. Grounded black pepper

Preparation of pastry:

1. Whisk eggs with beer.
2. While whisking add flour.
3. The pastry should be like pastry for pancakes.

Preparation:

Salt and pepper chicken wings, dip them in the pastry and fry in deep fat (with much oil).

Advice:

If you want to make the wings hotter, add hot pepper to the pastry.
