How often do you have a snack in Mc. Donald’s? I won’t argue with you—the food is really tasty there but not healthy. Today’s recipe is home-made Chicken McNuggets. The recipe of chicken fillet with almond crust is good if you are having a “beer party” with your friends or if you are just craving for something delicious.

Believe me, making the dish by yourself will bring not only a special and unusual taste to the chicken but also benefits when consuming it.)

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken fillet, 400 gr.
  2. 1 lemon.
  3. Flour, 2tablespoons.
  4. 2 eggs.
  5. Almonds, 75 gr.
  6. Garlic, 1 clove.
  7. 2 tomatoes.
  8. Red hot pepper
  9. Dairy butter, 4 tablespoons.
  10. Olive oil 4 tablespoons.
  11. Salt

Preparation:

  1. Flush the chicken fillet with cold water. Remove the remaining water with paper towel.
  2. Crush the almonds in a blender.
  3. Cut along the fillet into 1 sm. thick pieces.
  4. Pour the chicken fillet with juice of 1 lemon, sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  5. Roll in the chicken fillet in flour, dip it into the whipped egg and then roll it in crushed almonds.
  6. Heat 4 tablespoons of dairy butter on the frying pan and fry the chicken schnitzels on both sides (5 min. for each side) over a low heat.
  7. Crush the garlic.
  8. Pour the boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them and crush in a blender.
  9. Mix this tomato paste with garlic, olive oil, salt and red hot pepper.
  10. Serve the chicken fillet with almond crust together with the sauce.
