Have you ever eaten cheese with grapes? Don’t try. It’s better to combine these incompatible foodstuffs in salad. When I first tasted this dish (my mum cooked it) I didn’t believe my gustatory receptors – the salad was so tasty and organic.

I think this is an example of French cuisine. And a glass of wine will perfectly go with it.

Time for preparation: 20 min

Ingredients:

  1. Lettuce
  2. 1 can of red beans or boiled beans
  3. 300g moldy cheese
  4. 300g white grapes

For dressing:

  1. 1 spoon of mustard
  2. 2 spoons of red wine vinegar
  3. 5 spoons of vegetable oil
  4. Grounded black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut grapes into 4 pieces and remove the seeds. If your grapes are small cut them into 2 pieces.
  2. Dice cheese.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. For the dressing: mix mustard, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
  5. Put lettuce on the plate, them put the ingredient and pour the dressing over them.
