I like summer because it gives a wonderful opportunity to get all the vitamins from vegetables, fruit and berries. And it is summer when we can enjoy dishes of cauliflower.

Generally speaking, cauliflower is healthy and good both for children and adults. I’ve recently got to know that cauliflower protects from harmful substances and removes toxins.

Ingredients:

  1. Cauliflower, 500 gr.
  2. Flour, 1/2 glass.
  3. Vegetable oil 
  4. Salt
  5. Black milled pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash the cauliflower, divide into blossom clusters, pour over with boiling water. Dry.
  2. Roll in the blossom clusters in flour, mixed with salt.
  3. Fry in large amount of oil until the crust is golden.
