This sauce is served with beef. It contains seasoning and flavoring substances, which effect digestive apparatus. Its sweet taste will mark out the main course and add some zest to it.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  1. 150g cold butter
  2. 1 teaspoon of flour
  3. 75ml broth
  4. 1 apple
  5. 50g sugar
  6. 50 ml applejack

Preparation:

  1. Pour out flour on a pan and fry in a little.
  2. Pour in broth and boil it, constantly stirring.
  3. Pour it in a cup.
  4. Peel the apple and cut out the middle.
  5. Slice the apple into rings 7-8 mm wide.
  6. Roll the apple in sugar.
  7. Heat some butter on a pan and fry the apple rings on both sides until they become golden.
  8. Pour in applejack and boil it until there’re 2 spoons left. Stir it.
  9. Add the broth and boil the mixture.
  10. Add the rest of butter by pieces, whipping the sauce.
