Many housewives start their cooking experiments with biscuits: they are easily cooked, tasty and cheap, which is also important. Bake these biscuits and treat your people. They will definitely appreciate your cooking skills!

Ingredients for 20 biscuits:

  1. 100g milled almond 
  2. 175g sugar 
  3. 1 spoon of flour 
  4. 2 egg whites 
  5. Some vanilla sugar 
  6. Almond halves for decoration 

Preparation:

  1. Heat electric stove to 180°C, gas stove – to 160°C. 
  2. Mix almond, sugar and flour. Add egg yolks and vanilla sugar. Whip it until it becomes even thick paste. 
  3. Put parchment paper on a baking pan. Use a teaspoon to make paste hills on it. 
  4. Spread them with the spoon and put almond halves on the paste. Bake for 20 min.

Variations:
Milled almond can be replaced by coconut shaving, milled peanuts or hazelnuts.
Coconut biscuits are crispy, peanut biscuits have a hole underneath, hazelnut biscuits remind of toffee.
Before milling hazelnuts dry them in the stove, chill and shell.
