This light summer cream is suitable for sandwiching cakes, puffed light cakes, shortcakes and sponge cakes. The cream will also go as a wonderful filling for scalded cakes.

Fresh berries, 100 gr.
30 % -fat cream,100 gr.
Sugar, 100 gr.
